When we arrived hotel and gave booking namereceptionist said come with me and proceeded to walk-us down street and up a hill to another sister hotel. did not and was taking us to a person who did. we had an 85 year old and had booked a taxi to take it us to aneto from the airport. we stopped at bottom of next hill and asked her to get english speaker and bring her to us. she tried to tell me booking had been cancelled and told me i been advised. i never got any such mail. she then proceeded to go into neighbouring hotels to see if they had accommodation for us at aneto price. eventually after trying several hotels she got us into the stella hotel. she was not very apologetic fir this error. she did pull the 85 yer old’s case up the hill. after that hill we did not need to use it again as there was a lift from other side of hotel stella which took us down to street level. i would not recommend anyone to book with the hotel aneto in case the same thing happens to them. we arrived after eight o’clock in the evening. i do not believe they advised me booking cancelled as receptionist not surprised when we arrived, as if they where expecting us to arrive.
